Our beginnings, dating back to 2008, were mainly related to the production of business cards and flyers. We are slowly running towards the 13th anniversary and during this period we have added a lot of new and different products and materials to our range.

Due to the ever-increasing pace of life and the general lack of time, saving it is necessary at every step.

At Demago Print, we recognize the importance of self-adhesive materials and aim to offer professional and high-quality services in this area as well. Therefore, we constantly monitor and update our equipment to ensure our service remains at the highest possible level and, of course, affordable.

We have different machines for printing on self-adhesive materials.

The most advanced in terms of print quality, color consistency, and accuracy is undoubtedly HP Indigo technology, which allows printing on various self-adhesive materials, including transparent ones, as white ink is available.

Since the technology is suitable for small and medium print runs (from about 1000 labels or a minimum of 10 meters of material), and since there is a demand for lower runs of high-quality labels, we have an answer at Demago Print.

The Konica Minolta AccurioLabel is a printer that is suitable and cost-effective for printing labels in small runs (+100 pieces and up), while also providing excellent productivity and image quality.

The technology allows CMYK color printing on opaque (white) PP and paper materials.

1. Digital Printing Machine Operator (sheet and roll)

Job description:

  • Operating digital printing machines (HP Indigo 100K, WS6800, Ricoh, Oce)
  • Material preparation and machine setup
  • Quality control and routine maintenance

Requirements:

  • At least basic experience in a print shop
  • Good knowledge of materials and printing processes
  • Precision, responsibility, and technical aptitude

2. Print Finishing (cutting, laminating, binding, packaging assembly)

Job description:

  • Operating machines for cutting, laminating, binding (saddle stitching, thread sewing, spiral binding), packaging assembly
  • Working with various materials and finished products

Demago d.o.o. is located at Ptujska cesta 54 in Maribor (GMQ4+64 Maribor).

If you are coming from the direction of Ljubljana - Zagreb, at the crossroads turn left into Poljska cesta.

After 300 m at the crossroads, turn right onto Zagrebska cesta and continue along the path.

After approx. 500 m you will reach AMZS, where you turn right and after about 200 m you will be at the finish line.

If you are coming from the direction of Austria, turn left at the crossroads (direction Croatia) and after 250 m turn onto the MOL petrol station.

How Does it Work in Practice?

1. User Registration

Every visitor can view our offer and save selected products to the order form, but only registered and logged-in users can make a purchase or save the order for later completion. If they wish, they may also receive our news, messages, and special offers via email.

Registered users (members) are individuals or legal entities who provide the required information during the registration process. The manager of the online store, Demago d.o.o., will protect all received data in accordance with the privacy policy and will not disclose it to third parties under any circumstances.

Each registered user has their own username and password, which are used for identification. The password is secret and known only to the user. The user is obliged to ensure that only they or a person authorized by them uses their username and password.



2. Ordering in the Online Store

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. The buyer can be an individual or a legal entity, based on the information provided during registration and order submission. After placing the order, the buyer will receive an email confirmation. This includes the selected products and quantities.
Order status and details are always available under the "My Account" section of the online store.

The sales contract between Demago d.o.o. and the customer is concluded at the moment we confirm the order (the system automatically sends an email about the order status).
A printed version of the purchase contract is stored at the company's headquarters, and the customer can access it through the confirmation email received at the time of ordering. From that point on, all prices and terms are fixed and apply to both parties.

Due to short production deadlines, we will begin printing the ordered items as soon as we receive your print file. Therefore, the order cannot be changed or canceled!

According to Article 43.c of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract for products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Delivered quantities may vary from the ordered amount by up to 3%, either more or less. This also includes defective or damaged prints, cover pages, setup copies for further processing, top and bottom sheet trims, etc., which are part of the production process and not excluded.

We reserve the right to change the production deadline specified in the order due to exceptional circumstances such as subcontractor delays, production interruptions, or increased employee sick leave.


3. Prices

All prices published in the online store include 22% VAT and are expressed in EUR. Prices may change without prior notice. The listed prices apply only to purchases in the online store. Published prices do not include shipping costs, which are added when the "Postal delivery" option is selected.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.



4. Delivery

Ordered products can be picked up personally at the company headquarters (Demago d.o.o., Ptujska cesta 54, Maribor), or they will be shipped to you by mail within the agreed time. If this is not possible, we will inform you by email or phone and ship the products as soon as possible.

Delivery is handled by DPD. Parcels are delivered within 1–5 business days (EU), depending on the selected country. For the exact delivery time, you can check the delivery calculator on the DPD website.

If the delivery is unsuccessful or you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice, and you can later contact them to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package at your nearest Pošta Slovenije or DPD branch. Other delivery methods require prior arrangement.

Once your order is completed and shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email so you can track your package.



5. Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is borne by the buyer and is charged according to the postal service price list. The shipping cost is added to the purchase price of the selected product and is listed on the invoice/order form. Shipping costs are calculated before the order is completed, so there will be no additional charges after payment. The delivery price is valid for Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, and other specified EU countries...

Demago d.o.o. accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by the delivery service and is not liable for loss or damage to the shipment during transport, nor for loss or damage during product returns by mail.

If, upon receiving the shipment, you notice that the package or packaging is physically damaged, immediately inform the postal worker, who must initiate a damage report. This report is required to process compensation for the damage.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the product, please notify us via the online application: Complaint Record

We will find the best solution based on your preferences and our capabilities. We will exchange the product for you, and if that is not possible, we will refund your purchase price, and you will return the product to us.

Complaints are accepted within 8 working days from the receipt of the ordered goods.

 

General Terms and Conditions of E-Market

1. The use of the E-Market web application is free of charge.

2. The E-Market web application is operated by Demago d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as the operator.

3. The E-Market web application acts as an intermediary between service providers such as graphic designers, programmers, photographers, copywriters, translators, marketing service providers, etc., and those seeking these services (clients).

4. To use the E-Market website, the user must agree to the general terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the rules). Acceptance of the rules is a condition for the free presentation - use of the E-Market website.

5. Every user (service provider, client) must register before posting on the E-Market website. The user must fill in the required fields and a password to access the website demago.si. The user must provide truthful information in all required fields. Misrepresentation is a criminal offense. Each user may have only one username. By accepting the rules, the user agrees to comply with them.

6. By accepting these rules, every user of the demago.si website allows the use and processing of the provided personal and other data for the purpose of operating the E-Market website.

7. The operator undertakes to use this data only for the purpose for which it was obtained. The user is informed of the handling of personal data during registration and agrees to the operator processing and storing their personal data until revoked.

8. The operator guarantees the privacy of personal data and handles it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).

9. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the service provider. The responsibility for presenting the service provider (references, portfolio) lies solely with the person who filled out or submitted the E-Market / Present Yourself form.

10. The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of the data in Open Projects. The responsibility for an open project lies solely with the person who filled out or submitted the E-Market / Publish New Project form.

11. The operator is in no way responsible for non-payment for completed projects between users (service provider-client). The price of the project, payment method, and delivery time are subject solely to the agreement between the service provider and the client.

12. The operator does not bear any responsibility in case of a dispute between the user and the client.

13. The operator reserves the right not to publish a service provider’s presentation if it is evident that the service provider does not have a registered company for conducting business activities.

14. The operator reserves the right not to publish a service provider’s presentation.

15. The operator reserves the right not to publish a job posting presentation.

Personal Data Protection

We guarantee that your data will be handled confidentially, carefully protected, and will not be shared or transferred to any third party (except in cases of unlawful conduct according to applicable legal provisions).
The collected data will be used solely for the smooth execution of purchases and, if you choose, for sending newsletters. We commit to deleting all electronic data received from our databases after use, should you not wish them to be archived. User data will never be passed to unauthorized persons.

The provider permanently protects collected personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 94/07) (ZVOP-1), the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 109/12, 110/13, 40/14 – ZIN-B, 54/14 – Decision of Constitutional Court, 81/15, and 40/17), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The company collects, processes, and stores the following user data for the services provided: name, surname, delivery addresses, company name or legal entity designation, company VAT number, email address (username), encrypted password, and contact phone number. The company is not responsible for the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the data entered by users.
The provider does not pass data to third parties except contractual service providers with whom the provider has signed agreements to protect personal data and who are contractually bound to the same standards of data protection. The collection of personal data is stored within the Republic of Slovenia and is not transferred to other countries.

Personal data obtained via the website www.demagoprint.com for the purpose of completing an online purchase will be used solely for the execution and delivery of the order. By placing an order, you consent to the storage, processing, and forwarding of personal data by Demago d.o.o. The collected data will not be forwarded to third parties.
The company Demago d.o.o. may process this data for its own purposes until the consent is revoked, with a request to remove personal data from its database. The data will be retained for a maximum period of 10 years for registered users of the website www.demagoprint.com. Users have the right to request access to or update their data at any time during this period.

The company has implemented data protection measures in line with the Personal Data Protection Act. All employees, whether permanent or freelance, who have access to users' personal and other data, are familiar with the Personal Data Protection Rules and are obligated to protect users' personal and other data. The obligation to protect personal data applies indefinitely, even after the termination of employment.
