Note Pads and Copying Blocks

Fast digital printing of writing pads and NCR carbonless pads.

Writing and Carbonless Copying Pads are an essential tool needed by everyone on a daily basis!

Stationery items such as writing pads are an excellent tool for both internal use and promoting your company at conferences, fairs, or other events.

A writing pad as a promotion tool is versatile and practical. You can choose from standard formats or decide on a format that suits you.

This way, we can cut your writing pad exactly to your desired format, of course, at no extra cost.

Your only task is to prepare the file in the desired format and don't forget the 3 mm cut margin if the graphic is trimmed to the edge.

Since writing pads are used for writing and note-taking, the choice of paper without wood is logical—uncoated or recycled. Suitable paper weights range from 90 g/m² to 120 g/m².

Pads are typically printed on one side, but they can also be printed on both sides. The choice of colors is up to you. You can opt for cheaper black-and-white printing or go for colors printed in CMYK color mode.

The thickness of the writing pad spine depends on the number of pages it contains. The average is 50 pages, but we can also make pads with 20, 30, 80, or 100 pages.

Regardless of the number of pages selected, all pads have a backing sheet made of thicker cardboard, which is not printed. You can also opt for printing the cover, to which the writing pad is glued.
Writing pads are glued either at the top or at the spine, depending on your graphic preparation, where the positioning (horizontal or vertical) determines the gluing direction.

Finally, there is the option for hole punching. This makes your pads ready for filing, so you no longer have to worry about searching for your notes when you need them again.

Unlike writing pads, NCR carbonless pads are printed on special paper that transfers writing from one sheet to the next, creating an original and a copy. They are used for printing delivery notes, contracts, receipts, work orders, invoices, etc.

Carbonless pads are usually printed on one side, less often on both sides. There are two categories of carbonless pads: glued or stapled with a clip.

The latter option is used when the sheets are perforated, and both options allow for easy tearing of sheets. Stapled pads are more compact, so we recommend this option if you need a more durable product. The total number of sheets in a carbonless pad is usually 100 sheets.

An additional option you can choose is numbering, meaning the sheets are numbered with sequential numbers, different codes, abbreviations, and so on.
