Folded flyers

As the name suggests, these are leaflets folded from a larger format into a smaller one. They can be folded once, twice, or multiple times. This gives us different folding styles, such as V, G, C, and Z folds.

This is a process of machine folding, which means that even with full-color coverage, the paper does not crack.

It's important to distinguish between folding and creasing. Creasing is necessary for papers with a weight of 170 g/m² or more, while lighter papers can be folded directly.

A wide range of paper types is suitable for folded flyers. They can be printed on lighter papers (90–130 g/m²) as well as heavier ones (170–300 g/m²).

You can choose between coated papers – the most commonly used – uncoated papers, and recycled papers.

We can also laminate your folded flyers with gloss, matte, or soft-touch lamination. This option is especially suitable when the flyer is meant for longer-term use and not for mass distribution.

The only requirement for lamination is the use of paper with a weight of at least 170 g/m². Lamination is most effective on coated papers. Uncoated and recycled papers tend to lose their natural look when laminated.

To make your flyer truly stand out, we can apply 3D spot UV coating or metallic foil stamping in gold or silver in selected areas. Folded flyers often feature photographic content due to their visual appeal, and are therefore printed in full color (CMYK) on both sides, making the most of the available space.
