Brochure printing – standard option (thread sewn binding)

Thread-sewn brochures represent an upgrade to standard perfect binding. They combine the strength of sewn binding with the clean look of a softcover brochure, ensuring long-lasting durability and a professional finish.

Thread sewing is a bookbinding process where the book block is mechanically stitched together using synthetic thread. Printed sheets are folded into signatures, gathered, and sewn into a solid block.

Using needles and stitching mechanisms, the thread is tightened to create a strong and secure connection between all pages. After sewing, the spine is reinforced with hotmelt adhesive and attached to the cover.

Technical specifications

Brochures can be printed on coated or uncoated papers, including bulky and 100% recycled stocks.
