Multiloft business cards are a special type of business card made from multiple layers of high-quality paper, with a colored core placed between them. The result is a card with exceptional thickness and a strong tactile effect.
The base layers are printed on uncoated paper with a weight of 325 g/m², stacked together with a core layer of 270 g/m². The total thickness reaches approximately 920 g/m², giving the card a solid and premium feel.
This “sandwich” construction creates a business card that is, compared to classic single-layer cards, a true thick card – and that is its greatest advantage.
The colored core can be adapted to your design and brand identity. The most neutral option is a black core, but red, blue, orange or yellow are also available for a bolder and more distinctive effect.
When designing, we recommend moderation with large color areas, as the natural paper texture stands out best in a more minimalistic design.
We also advise against using dark colors on the edges, as the thickness of the material may cause minor cracking or rough edges during cutting.
Due to the multi-layer structure, slight misalignment between the front and back sides may occur, so we recommend keeping all important elements at least 8–10 mm from the edge (safe margin).
The cards can be printed single-sided or double-sided, while lamination is not possible for Multiloft cards, as it would cover their natural look and texture.

Based on our experience, a standard business card would be a card printed on coated paper with a grammage of 350 g/m2 and laminated with matte lamination on both sides.

For standard business card printing, we use coated, uncoated or recycled papers in grammages from 300 g/m2 to 400 g/m2.
You can choose between standard formats 85x54 mm, 90x50 mm, 85x55 mm and square 50x50 mm, and round business cards with a diameter of 50 mm are also available. If you want to include more information on the card, you can also choose folded business cards in an open format of 54x170 mm or 85x108 mm.

3D UV spot varnishing is a process in which selected graphic elements are additionally printed with a transparent raised varnish. With the glossy varnish, we emphasize individual details that literally shine on the business card. Since the coating thickness is approximately 380 µm, the effect is not only visible, but also tactile.
Business cards with this finishing are elegant, unique and very refined. They are most suitable for printing on smooth coated papers in grammages from 300 to 400 g/m2.
