Due to the increased demand for small print runs of self-adhesive labels on rolls, Demago Print has found a technological solution to meet your needs.

The digital label printer (Konica Minolta), in combination with a CNC cutter that doesn't require cutting dies for label shaping, is the ideal combination to quickly and cost-effectively produce small quantities of self-adhesive labels on rolls.

The Konica Minolta digital printer offers high-quality color printing (CMYK) on synthetic (PET, BOPP) materials, coated and slightly structured self-adhesive papers, with a printing speed of up to 18 m/min.

The Eclipse CNC cutter is a compact device for label cutting, which, compared to conventional die-cutting machines, does not require a minimum material roll length of 10 meters.

Since the device does not require cutting dies for label shapes, the biggest advantage of digital cutting is the ability to create custom label dimensions and shapes on rolls.

The device also offers lamination, longitudinal cutting, and rewinding of labels onto rolls.
