A special type of self-adhesive materials, primarily used for printing on thermal printers.
Self-adhesive thermal papers are widely used for printing various labels, especially in the food industry, transport, logistics and warehouses. Due to fast and simple printing, they are ideal for labeling products, packages, boxes or transport units.
Thermal paper is a special type of paper used for printing with thermal printers. These operate using heat – the thermal print head heats the surface of the paper, creating an image or text where heat is applied.
Thermal labels are resistant to moisture, oils and grease and enable fast printing of information such as barcodes, serial numbers, dates or logistics markings.
They are available with different types of adhesive:
Thermal labels are an excellent choice for printing self-adhesive roll labels, where printing speed, ease of use and strong adhesion to different surfaces are important.
Continue to the online calculator where you can select the label shape and dimensions and immediately calculate the price of thermal label printing based on the selected parameters. We ensure high-quality thermal label printing on rolls and timely delivery.
Self-adhesive materials for label printing are specially designed materials with an adhesive layer on the back and are supplied in rolls with winding lengths of up to approximately 2000 meters.
Materials for colour label printing are generally divided into paper and synthetic materials.
The most cost-effective and commonly used paper self-adhesive material is white coated self-adhesive paper (Coated Gloss Paper), which is used for labeling various products that are not exposed to high humidity or demanding weather conditions.
Paper materials also include so-called design and metallized papers, which are specially designed for printing labels intended for bottles. These materials offer good resistance to water and low temperatures.
Our offer also includes thermal papers, which are designed for printing on thermal printers. For environmentally conscious users, 100% recycled papers are also available.
Synthetic materials are also available in white, transparent or metallic silver versions.
Synthetic labels made from polypropylene (PP) or polyester (PET) offer high durability, particularly resistance to water, oils and chemicals (salt solutions, strong acids and bases, alcohols). They are also resistant to mechanical damage and colour fading.
Select the appropriate self-adhesive material and continue with your order in our online calculator.
When printing self-adhesive roll labels, you can choose from various materials adapted to different products, packaging and usage conditions. Choosing the right material affects label durability, resistance to moisture and temperature, and the final visual appearance of the product.
For more demanding applications such as bottle labels, cosmetic products or industrial marking, synthetic materials are often used, while paper materials are very suitable for food labels, packaging and other products used in normal conditions.
