Demago printing house is primarily distinguished by reliability, flexibility, fast delivery, and the quality of printed materials. As we are aware that satisfied customers are a key piece in the puzzle of our story, we have not rested on our laurels but continue to develop our services.In addition to the Slovenian market, we are increasingly eyeing foreign markets, such as Croatia and Austria, where competition and customer expectations are even greater. Although the number of orders grows month by month, we are aware that we must maintain or even exceed the level of print quality that leaves our printing house. In order to stay competitive on the market, we understand that investments in productivity and work process optimization are essential.Our customers are also becoming more demanding and want the most value for their money! All of the above can only be achieved through constant investment in the latest technology.Although we currently have the most modern digital machines, which are among the best in terms of performance (Ricoh 9110, Xerox 1000), the demand from existing and potential customers is so high that we cannot satisfy all their desires and needs with them alone. Therefore, this week we have increased our capacities with another digital machine, the RICOH 9110, which will relieve the existing machines and further increase our productivity.We made this decision because the machine's characteristics and capabilities are a perfect match for us. From printing to the 700x330 mm format, paper weights up to 400g/m2, and of course, exceptional speed and print quality.Of course, digital machines differ in their purpose. The machine mentioned above is primarily intended for printing color materials such as flyers, business cards, brochures, invitations, postcards, letterheads, envelopes, writing pads, catalogs, yearbooks, etc., while it is less suitable for printing black-and-white materials, especially books in large quantities.Since we have noticed an increasing demand for such printed materials, we decided to make another investment by purchasing a production printer, the OCE VARIO PRINT. This machine is distinguished by exceptional speed and performance. We always have the ecological aspect in mind when selecting paper and printing machines. The selected machine meets these standards as it allows for optimization of print time with different speed settings.Since the best things come in threes, the above additions were joined by a fully automated booklet binding machine BOURG BOOKLET MAKER BM-e, which is one of the best in its category for wire binding. In combination with the BSF (Bourg Sheet Feeder) paper feeder, which is specifically designed for digital print sheets, this machine can bind up to 5000 catalogs per hour. It also allows the production of catalogs up to 600 mm in length (A4 landscape). The technical characteristics of the machine ensure exceptional binding precision, meaning that all catalogs are bound at the same point without deviation. The machine allows binding of up to 120 pages or 30 sheets (75g/m2).Continuous development and investments in modern equipment allow us to be even better, faster, and more productive!
