Contest Rules

The organizer of the contest is Demago d.o.o., Titova 49, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: the organizer).
All individuals with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, over the age of 18, can participate in the contest. Purchase is not a condition for participation.
By participating in the contest, participants confirm that they are familiar with the rules of the contest and accept them.
Participants in the contest participate by:
The contest lasts from 3.2. to 9.2.2017 until 12:00.
30 packages of strawberry-chocolate hearts.
Facebook is not connected with the contest, it does not sponsor, enable, manage, or collect data. All participants in the contest agree that Facebook is not responsible for the contest.
The value of the prize does not exceed 42 EUR. No income tax prepayment is made for prizes up to the value of 42 EUR, and the prize value is not included in the taxable base of the recipient.
The random draw will take place on 9.2.2017, during which the winners will be determined. All those who participate from the beginning of the contest until the moment before the drawing will be included. If a winner is selected who, according to these Rules, does not meet the conditions for participation or for receiving the prize, the next participant will be drawn.
The user can receive only one prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged, nor can its cash equivalent be requested.
Winners must send their details (name, surname, address) via private message on the Tiskarna Demago Facebook page or by email to: info@demago.si the day after the announcement of the winners. The winner who does not send their details on time will not be entitled to the prize, and another winner will be drawn. All participants of the contest explicitly and irrevocably agree with the publication of these details. Complaints about the drawing of the winner based on these Rules are not allowed.
In order to receive the prize, the participants must agree with these Rules and meet the conditions for participation in the contest.
The winners will receive their prize by mail to the address they provided in a private message on the Tiskarna Demago Facebook page or by email after being drawn and notified.
The organizer reserves the right not to award the prize if: - the winner does not meet the conditions for receiving the prize, - it is found that the participant participated in the contest contrary to the rules, - the winner does not provide their address or required details (name, surname, address) by email.
If the drawn winner does not meet the conditions for receiving the prize or refuses the prize or does not provide the required details within the specified deadlines, it is considered that the winner does not wish to accept the prize, and the organizer is released from any obligations towards the winner.
Participants in the contest agree that the organizer maintains and supervises the collection of personal data of individuals in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 94/2007-UPB1).
The organizer ensures the protection of personal data according to the law. The organizer may process the collected data for the purpose of informing about the contest, informing about offers, news, and benefits, as well as for other marketing purposes.
The participant may revoke their consent for the use of personal data for marketing purposes by sending a notification to the email address: info@demago.si. The organizer will ensure the deletion of the data within 5 working days.
The drawn winner explicitly allows the organizer to publish their personal data in the media and on the internet to inform about the results of the drawing and prize collection.
