As the name suggests, labels for manual application are applied by hand. Therefore, there is no need to consider winding direction or label orientation on the roll.
Labels can be supplied:
In all cases, labels are delivered on a liner backing, allowing fast and easy application.
Labels are wound in the width of the label itself, meaning the material is slit longitudinally.
The material is not slit lengthwise. Labels are arranged side by side across the roll width.
The printed roll is cut crosswise into sheets instead of being rewound.
Digital CNC cutting is suitable for small runs (100 to a few thousand pieces) and does not require tooling, allowing full design flexibility.
Die cutting is significantly faster and recommended for larger runs (500 to 100,000 pieces).
