Standard permanent (acrylic) adhesive is water-based and environmentally friendly, containing no harmful organic solvents and releasing fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the environment compared to other solvent-based adhesives. Due to its eco-friendly nature, water-based acrylic adhesive is the most commonly chosen type of adhesive and is available for most offered label materials (paper, PP, PETP).
