Self-adhesive materials for label printing are specially designed materials that are coated with adhesive on the back and are supplied in rolls with up to 2000 meters of winding.

The materials for color label printing are generally divided into paper and synthetic materials.

The most cost-effective and commonly chosen paper self-adhesive material is white, coated self-adhesive paper (Coated Gloss-paper), which is intended for labeling various products that will not be exposed to high humidity or harsh weather conditions.

Paper materials also include so-called design and metalized papers, which are specially designed for printing labels to be applied to bottles and have excellent resistance to water and low temperatures.

On the other side, there are synthentic materials available in white, transparent, or silver metallic colors.

Synthetic labels made from Polypropylene or Polyester are characterized by high durability, particularly resistance to water, oils, and chemicals (salt solutions, strong acids and bases, alcohols), as well as mechanical damage (e.g., large forces can stretch them or prevent tearing) and fading.
