3D UV Spot Varnishing Makes Your Print Stand Out!
Would you like to add a touch of luxury, elegance, or sophistication to your business card, brochure, flyer, notebook, catalog, business folder, or book? At the same time, would you like to protect the printed piece from everyday wear and tear with lamination? With a layer of 3D UV varnish on selected areas, you can add a beautiful finish to the product, ensuring that your print stands out from the crowd. This innovative and effective UV varnishing process can elevate your print to a whole new level.

What is 3D UV Varnishing?
UV creative printing has recently become increasingly popular because it offers your printed piece something new and more prestigious. This technique involves a type of drop printing where the varnish immediately dries or cures on the surface of the material after being exposed to special UV light. The varnish is applied to the desired area of the printed piece, whether it's the entire print or just a specific detail.

You can choose between classic printing (where you select just the detail), resulting in a glossy, highlighted, and raised section of the print, or you can choose various patterns and effects that further enhance the printed piece. Before applying the varnish, we recommend protecting the printed piece with lamination (matte, anti-scratch, soft-touch), as this will not only prolong the life of the print but also create a beautiful contrast between the entire printed piece and the varnish application area.

The varnish layer on your printed piece will not only give it a three-dimensional look and a sparkling surface but will also add value and greater promotion to your product.

How to Prepare a File for UV Varnish Printing?
When applying a 3D UV varnish layer to your print, the file needs to be properly prepared. Your task is to clearly indicate in the file where you want the UV varnish applied. These areas should be colored with a spot color named "Varnish."

This innovative, effective, and cost-effective UV varnishing technique will help you make the most of your printed piece's effectiveness.
