Rules of Participation in the Sweepstakes
April 2018
1. Sweepstakes Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Demago d.o.o., Titova 49, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: the organizer).
2. Participants
All natural persons with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, aged 18 years or older, may participate in the sweepstakes. No purchase is required to participate in the sweepstakes.
3. Rules and Conditions of the Sweepstakes
By participating in the sweepstakes, participants confirm that they are familiar with the rules of the sweepstakes and accept and agree to them.

The sweepstakes runs from April 4th to April 11th, 2018, until 12:00 PM.

Facebook is not associated with the sweepstakes, does not sponsor, enable, manage, or collect data for it. All participants in the sweepstakes agree that Facebook takes no responsibility for the sweepstakes.
7. Value of Prizes and Tax Prepayment
The value of the prize does not exceed 42 EUR. For prizes with a value up to 42 EUR, no tax prepayment will be deducted, and the prize value will not be included in the tax base of the recipient.
8. Drawing of Winners
The random drawing will take place on April 11th, 2018, and the winners will be determined. All participants from the start of the sweepstakes until the moment before the drawing will be included. If the selected winner does not meet the conditions for participation in the sweepstakes or for receiving the prize according to these rules, the next participant will be drawn. A participant can only receive one prize. The prize cannot be exchanged, nor can its monetary equivalent be requested.
9. Notification of Winners
Users must send their data (name, surname, address) in a private message on the Tiskarna Demago Facebook page or to the email address: info@demago.si by Friday, April 13th, 2018, at 3:00 PM. Any winner who does not send their data on time will not be entitled to the prize, and a new winner will be drawn, to whom the prize will be awarded. All participants in the sweepstakes explicitly and irrevocably agree to the publication of these details. Complaints about the drawing of the winner based on these rules are not possible.
10. Prize Collection
The condition for receiving the prize is the participant's agreement with these rules and fulfilling the requirements for participating in the sweepstakes.
Winners will receive their prize by mail to the address provided in a private message on the Tiskarna Demago Facebook page or by email after they have been drawn and notified.
The organizer reserves the right not to award the prize if: - the winner does not meet the requirements for receiving the prize, - it is determined that the participant has participated in violation of the rules and conditions of the sweepstakes, - the winner does not provide their address and required details via email.
11. Winner's Obligations Regarding Prize Collection
If the winner does not meet the conditions specified in these rules for accepting the prize, or refuses to accept the prize or does not provide the required details within the specified deadlines, it will be considered that they do not wish to accept the prize, and the organizer is then exempt from all obligations toward the drawn participant.
12. Protection of Personal Data
Participants in the sweepstakes agree that the organizer manages, maintains, and supervises the collection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette of the RS, no. 94/2007- UPB1).
The organizer ensures the protection of personal data according to the law. The organizer may process the collected data for the purpose of informing about the sweepstakes, offers, novelties, discounts, and for other marketing purposes.
The sweepstakes participant can withdraw their consent for the use of personal data for marketing purposes in writing by sending a notice to the email address: info@demago.si. In this case, the organizer will ensure the deletion of data within 5 business days.
The winner expressly permits the organizer of the sweepstakes to publish their personal data in public media and online for the purpose of announcing the drawing results or prize collection.
