Terms and Conditions of the Giveaway
July 2017
The organizer of the giveaway is Demago d.o.o., Titova 49, 2000 Maribor (hereinafter: the organizer).
Only individuals with permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Slovenia, aged 18 or older, can participate. A purchase is not required to enter the giveaway.
By participating in the giveaway, participants confirm that they are familiar with the rules and conditions and agree to them.

The giveaway lasts from July 17th to July 25th, 2017, until 12:00 PM.
20 packs of coffee from Colombia - Coronini Cafe.
Facebook is not involved in the giveaway, does not sponsor it, does not facilitate it, and does not collect data. All participants in the giveaway agree that Facebook is not responsible for the giveaway.
The value of the prize does not exceed 42 EUR. No income tax prepayment is deducted for prizes worth up to 42 EUR, and the value of the prize is not included in the taxable base of the recipient.
The random drawing will take place on July 25th, 2017, and the winners will be selected. All participants who entered the giveaway from the beginning until the drawing will be included. If a drawn participant does not meet the conditions outlined in these Rules or does not qualify to receive the prize, another winner will be drawn.
A participant can only win one prize.
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for its monetary equivalent.
Winners must send their details (name, surname, address) in a private message to the Demago Print Facebook page or to the email address: info@demago.si, the day after the winners are announced. If a winner does not send their details in time, they will not be entitled to the prize, and a new winner will be drawn. All participants in the giveaway explicitly and irrevocably agree to the publication of their details. Complaints about the prize draw based on these Rules are not possible.
To receive the prize, the participant must agree to these Rules and meet the conditions for participation in the giveaway.
The winners will receive their prizes by mail at the address they provide in the private message to the Demago Print Facebook page or via email after they have been drawn and notified.
The organizer reserves the right not to award prizes if: - the winner does not meet the conditions for collecting the prize, - it is determined that the participant has entered the giveaway in violation of the rules and conditions, - the winner does not provide their address and required details (name, surname, address) via email.
If the drawn participant does not meet the conditions for accepting the prize or refuses to accept it or does not provide the required details within the specified deadlines, it is considered that they do not wish to accept the prize, and the organizer is freed from any further obligations to the participant.
Participants in the giveaway agree that the organizer will maintain and monitor a collection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Official Gazette RS No. 94/2007-UPB1).
The organizer guarantees the protection of personal data according to the law. The organizer may process the collected data for the purpose of informing about the giveaway, offering, news, and other marketing activities.
A participant may withdraw their consent to the use of personal data for marketing purposes by notifying the organizer at the email address: info@demago.si. The organizer will ensure the deletion of data within 5 working days.
The drawn participant explicitly allows the organizer to publish their personal details in public media and online to inform about the results of the drawing or prize collection.
