In the world of beverages, where shelf competition is fierce, the label on a bottle or can plays a key role in attracting attention and building trust. Whether it's natural juices, carbonated drinks, energy beverages, water, or CBD products – the right choice of material, design, and print is essential for success. PP (polypropylene) – excellent for plastic bottles and aluminum cans, resistant to water and abrasion, PE (polyethylene) – more flexible, ideal for curved or softer surfaces, Paper – a more eco-friendly choice, suitable for dry conditions (e.g., CBD oils in glass bottles).

Self-adhesive labels for bottles and cans are a specialized solution for beverage printing such as juices, mineral water, energy drinks, craft beer or CBD beverages. It is essential that the label remains stable, readable and visually attractive even under cooling, condensation and transport stress conditions.
Label printing for bottles must consider specific packaging requirements – from curved surfaces to low storage temperatures. Proper material and adhesive selection directly affects durability and shelf appearance.
Bottles and cans are often exposed to cooling and temperature fluctuations, leading to condensation. We recommend synthetic materials such as PP or PET, which are waterproof and mechanically resistant.
What material is best for labels on cold bottles? For products exposed to moisture or condensation, synthetic materials (PP, PET) are recommended as they maintain shape, color stability and adhesion.
Read more about material properties here: Label Printing Materials.
For beverages, the adhesive must provide strong initial tack even on cold and damp surfaces. Permanent or deep-freeze adhesives are recommended.
Which adhesive prevents labels from peeling in cold conditions? For cold filling lines or refrigerated storage, adhesives with strong initial tack or low-temperature performance are recommended.
Bottles often have curved or tapered shapes, so labels must be precisely dimensioned. Front labels, back declarations or full 360° wrap-around labels are possible.
Are 360° wrap-around labels possible for cans? Yes. We produce wrap-around labels precisely adapted to the can or bottle circumference.
For wine, beer and premium soft drinks, labels play a key role in product differentiation. Metallic or textured materials and various finishing options (matte or gloss) are available.
Is small batch personalized printing possible? Digital printing enables short runs and variable data printing for limited editions.
